Identification, Traceability and Packaging

The Elycem cement boards are supplied on wooden pallets, strapped and protected with edge protections. Each pallet comes with an identification label reporting the batch number and a progressive number, which guarantees traceability of the product (1200x2400 mm pallet, tot. 100.8 mq - pallet 1200x2000 mm, tot. 96 mq).

Transport

The Elycem boards are transported on wooden pallets measuring 1200x2000 mm or 1200x2400 mm and weigh approximately 1400 Kg. They can be handled by forklift or crane.

Storage

The Elycem boards should be stored on a flat surface, covered and protected against atmospheric agents.

Lifting and handling

Disposal

Based on the characteristics, Elycem is classified as NON-HAZARDOUS SPECIAL WASTE. Therefore, it can be disposed of as solid municipal waste at any authorised landfill or ecological dumpsite. Recommended disposal code: CER 170904 “Mixed waste from construction and demolition activities, other than those referred to in items 170901, 170902 and 170903".
